Ashley is a student and dedicated athlete. She enjoys weight lifting, cross training, cardio and plyometrics. She has gone to chiropractor off and on but never found one she liked.
Through the Outdoor Fitness Adventure Club, of which Dr. Johnson is an advisor, Ashley decided to seek his help. “I was experiencing extreme headaches which kept me awake practically all night. I felt like I could relate to Dr. Johnson after hearing him speak to club members on ways to prevent injury while working out.”
“I saw Dr. Johnson more frequently at first until my symptoms where under control, and now I just check back periodically to make sure my healing continues to progress. My headaches are now completely gone, and I sleep comfortably through the night. I even had numbness in my feet disappear. I’ve never felt better,” says Ashley. Dr. Johnson had figured out that Ashley’s neck was going in the wrong direction, almost straight. He brought back the natural curve of her neck, which caused a large portion of the challenges she was facing.
“Dr. Johnson has also helped me get fit faster and become more flexible. As a result of his efforts, my muscles repair much more quickly after workout. I love paddle boarding, yoga and cross fit training. Because my spine is working properly, I think it even helps me study better.”
Why Dr. Johnson? Say Ashley, “Dr. Johnson is down to earth. He’s very caring. He makes time when it’s needed, and he’s knows what he’s doing.”
